Ingredients of Vada pav
- It’s 1 cup of For Batter : Besan (Gram flour).
- It’s tsp of Ajwain (carom seeds)1/2.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Soda. carb.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 of large Boiled and mashed potatoes.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare Pinch of turmeric powder.
- It’s of Red chilie powder.
- It’s leaves of Chopped Coriander.
- Prepare 2 of chopped Green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of grated ginger.
- Prepare of Oil for deep frying.
Vada pav instructions
- 15 mins.
- In a bowl take besan…add salt, soda bi carb and ajwain. Make batter by adding water to make thick flowing consistency.
- In another bowl take mashed potatoes and add salt, turmeric powder, chillie powder, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves.
- Make lemon size balls and dip in batter and coat properly and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown as shown in pic.
- Take pav (bun) slit in center and apply garlic chutney and mint chutney on each side and put vada in between and press little..
- Serve hot and enjoy with hot tea or coffee.
