Ingredients of Chicken and veg fried..
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of olive oil or veg oil.
- It’s 1 of small size onion chopped.
- Prepare 1 ounce of fresh bean chopped.
- Prepare 1 ounce of cabbage chopped.
- You need 1 of small size carrot chopped.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Freshly ground black pepper.
- You need 250 gms of chicken breast finely chopped.
- It’s 1 tsp of soya sauce.
- It’s 1 tsp of honey.
- It’s 1 of medium size tomato finely chopped.
- It’s 1 of Thinly slices cucumber for garnishing.
Chicken and veg fried.. step by step
- In a heavy skillet,heat 1tsp oil over a medium flame. Fry the chopped chicken till it's light brown and switch off the flame.and take out the chicken pieces in a bowl and keep aside..
- Next,add 1/2tsp of oil in the same skillet,and fry the chopped onions till it's turn Brown,and add all the chopped vegetables as given,stir for sometime till it's done..
- Add, the spices like cumin powder,black pepper,soya sauce,honey,chopped ginger,finally salt.saute the vegetables and mix well and fry for a min,till it's turn soft.and after that add a fried chicken pieces, with the vegetables, and mix well.fry till all gets well cooked.and ready to taste.add 1 /2cup of water for adjustment for gravy.and stir for a min.and switch off the flame..
- Healthy and tasty chicken nachos is ready to serve.garnish it with cucumber slices..
