  1. Preheat oven to 375..
  2. Slice tenderloin down the middle, but not all the way through and cover with plastic wrap and pound with a meat pounder to about an even 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Lay ham evenly on pork.
  4. Lay Genoa salami evenly on ham.
  5. Lay pepperoni om salami evenly.
